I installed my own, personal 'known being good' t-stat wire within the roof unit while altering each t-stat. I monitored all wiring at unit for the factory wiring diagram inside the unit. I confirmed 24v to relays, boards, solenoids, and controls. Once I spoken using the Honeywell tech support team they confirmed all functions, modes, and wiring within the thermostat being correct. He even mentioned he'd not experienced this before. I am very puzzled just the way the system operated fine while using original non prrr-rrrglable thermostat, now this problem arises once i change t-stats. NOTHING Within The UNIT HAS Changed. Help cure my madness.
